February 22, 2013 (CHICAGO)

Prosecutors say they arranged to have two inmates beat up another prisoner.

Delphia Sawyer and Pamela Bruce are charged with obstructing justice, perjury, official misconduct and mob action.

The alleged incident happened last February.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports the victim was an 18-year-old prisoner who found a way to cut off power at the jail and "mouthed off" to one of the accused guards.
