Kory Lindsey lured the 15-year-old girl into a band room at Gage Park High School last week and attacked her, police said.
Fellow student Bernard Strong acted as a lookout, according to police.
Two other boys are accused of sexually abusing a 16 year old girl in a washroom at the school in a separate incident reported earlier this week.
