Dance marathon benefits Lurie Children's Hospital

March 2, 2013 (CHICAGO)

The fourth annual Chicago Dance Marathon is taking place Saturday at the Renaissance Hotel.

Hundreds of people are dancing for more than 13 hours to help raise money for the Lurie Children's Hospital.

Dancers are being cheered on throughout the day by children who are being treated at the hospital.

The event, which ends just after 9 p.m., is expected to raise $350,000.
