Police say Charquita Gardner, 54, was last seen February 1 on the 7900-block of South Ashland Avenue, but her family has not heard from her since late January.
Gardner was reported missing in February.
Chicago police say she was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. Authorities also described Gardner as 5 ft. 4 inches tall and 160 lbs. with brown eyes and blonde hair.
They are asking anyone with information to step forward.
