Casey Urlacher is running for mayor of the north suburban village of Mettawa. The current mayor, Jess Ray, said he backs Urlacher in the April 9 election.
On his website, CaseyUrlacher.net, Urlacher said there are three main issues he's running on: good government, fiscal stewardship, and quality of life.
Casey Urlacher has lived in Mettawa for 9 years, and been a homeowner for two of them. Mettawa is about 35 mils north of Chicago.
