Possible plea agreement in killing of NIU freshman

Attorneys for a DeKalb man accused of killing a Northern Illinois University freshman in 2010 met with prosecutors Tuesday to discuss a possible plea agreement.

The remains of 18-year-old Antinette Keller were found buried in a park. She vanished after telling a friend she was going to work on an art project.

Keller was from Plainfield.

William Curl, 36, is accused of murder, arson and sexual assault in connection with Keller's death.
