Polish Mayfest, Constitution Day in Chicago

The Copernicus Center in Jefferson Park is celebrating Polish Constitution Day with the 10th Annual Polish Mayfest on May 4th and 5th.

It's Chicago's first outdoor festival of the season. MayFest celebrates the first democratic constitution in Europe and the second in the world only to the United States. This super fun weekend festival offers something for all ages: activities for children, two stages with music, plenty of Polish food and beer, and free, on-site cooking demonstrations with popular local chef, Michael Niksic.
