Sleepless nights can affect overall health

May 10, 2013

Middle-aged and older adults with insomnia may be more likely to end up in the hospital or needed home health care services.

And that can affect your overall health.

Patients and doctors need to take this seriously.

Experts suggest treating and carefully monitoring insomnia symptoms might go a long way in keeping some people out of the hospital.
