Ramsey heard Berry screaming and came to her aid, kicking in the door of Ariel Castro's home. She and two other women and her 6-year-old child were held against their will in a Cleveland home; Berry for about a decade.
Castro is charged with kidnapping.
Tattoo artist Stephen Munhollon said he wanted to answer Ramsey for being an average guy who acted in an extraordinary manner so he created the tattoo of Ramsey's face.
