Grilled Peach Ice Cream Sundae

Finally, you can't finish a meal on the grill without dessert. Peaches have great texture and the contrasting flavor make them the perfect fruit for outdoor grilling.

Recipe from David Burke of David Burke's Primehouse at The James Hotel

Cooking instructions:

Cut peaches in half; remove pit, season with salt and pepper. Spray with veg spray. Place cut side on grill. When browned, flip over and continue to cook on all sides.

1. Cut peaches into wedges, toss with thyme, mint and simple syrup.

2. Scoop ice cream into dish

3. Top with peaches

4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
