Watch out Garfield. Grumpy Cat may be the next animated cat. Though her expression is anything but, her owners say she's a very sweet kitty.
Bryan Gundesen first posted a photo of Grumpy Cat, which belongs to his sister, online. Overnight, fans started adding captions.
Now, Grump Cat's frown is on coasters, clothing, birthday cards- and she has a book coming out. She's the 2013 Webby Award winner- meme of the year.
"A lot of people are grumpy until they've had their coffee." Gundesen said.
Grumpy Cat's real name is Tardar Sauce, based on a misspelling of the word by the owner's daughter. She thought the cat's fur looks the same color.
