Unruly man released after disrupting 2 flights in 2 days

July 3, 2013

The latest incident involved an American Eagle flight on Tuesday, from Albuquerque to Chicago.

Passengers say the man was shouting, refused to sit down and eventually tried to move toward an exit door, saying he wanted to get out of the plane "for a smoke."

The plane was diverted to Kansas City and the man was taken off the plane. The other passengers eventually made it to O'Hare.

An airport spokesperson says the same man tried the same thing on a different flight Monday.

Both times he was questioned and later released.
