Police say 23-year-old Omar Bouso was driving erratically on Wacker Drive late Friday. When officers tried to pull him over, they say he crashed into a police car, then allegedly fought with officers who were trying to take him into custody.
A number of tourists saw it all.
"He wasn't trying to get away. He was going in circles. Eventually, someone had to bump him to stop him," Jim Wasilawski said.
An officer suffered a hand injury during the confrontation.
Bouso was taken to the hospital for psych evaluations and charged with several misdemeanors.
