Eugene Jonsson left home that evening headed for a nearby restaurant.
He was last seen early the following morning in Yorkville asking for directions.
Jonsson has not been in touch with his family.
Police say while he doesn't have any known medical conditions, but he has recently become lost while driving.
"I really, really, really want someone to find him whatever the outcome. I just really want someone to find him, so we know," said Sue Martin, daughter.
Police say Jonsson is driving a gray, 2004 Buick LeSabre. It's a 4-door with Illinois license plates JONS 507.
