DA: More arrests possible in Rite Aid killing

CHESTER, Pa. - September 24, 2013

Authorities in Delaware County have arrested a Philadelphia man and woman in the slaying of 40-year-old Jason McClay of Broomall in Chester on Thursday.

But District Attorney Jack Whelan told The Delaware County Daily Times that investigators are looking into the possibility that the two didn't act alone.

He declined to say more on the subject.

Authorities allege that 24-year-old David Wiggins and 23-year-old Rita Pultro walked into the Rite Aid store minutes before closing and asked McClay for help with a product.

Witnesses said a struggle ensued and the Navy veteran was shot.
