Researchers hope cancer gene ''Atlas'' could crack the code for a cure to the deadliest cancers, including leukemia, breast and brain. Researchers involved in the Pan-Cancer Analysis Project are coming through the genes of 10,000 patients affected by a dozen different types of cancer.
They hope to create a blueprint of deadly cancers like leukemia, breast and brain. A blueprint could reveal the chinks in the armor of these killers.
