"There are those who, since internet is a big sign up, who don't have internet. Others maybe had internet available but they're not internet savvy," said Rev. Jesse Jackson.
Reverend Jesse Jackson says he'll have several experts available to answer questions.
One of those experts says the biggest issue is that people don't know where to enroll.
