"There's a train crash down in downtown Barlettt," a caller said.
"Is anybody injured?" said a 911 operator.
"I cannot tell. The truck driver's out, but the truck is on the track," another caller told an operator.
The accident last week caused a minor derailment.
The driver of the semi the was struck by a Metra train was cited for disobeying traffic signals. He suffered minor injuries in the collision along with two passengers.
Investigators say the driver was unfamiliar with the area, didn't pay attention to posted signs, and ended up on the tracks.
