Forty-year-old Vanessa Fania is charged with hosting an unlawful residential gathering.
Prosecutors say the party took place November 1 at her home in the 200 block of South Prairie Street in Batavia.
Police say they arrested 21 teenagers under the age of 18 for consuming alcohol.
Prosecutors say a second 40-year-old may also face charges in connection with the party.
