A man tried to sue the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, claiming he slipped on a banana peel in an elevator and fell.
But a surveillance camera tells a different story.
Maurice Owens sued the metro for $15,000 after he fell exiting an elevator.
The video shows Owens dropping the banana peel before the fall.
He's now charged with fraud.
