Right now it's looking to hire about 250 people at each of the first five stores it will run. Current Dominick's workers can apply, but positions are open to all applicants.
The first job fair will be Thursday at the Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro Hotel on West Madison Street. On Friday, it will be at the Doubletree Hotel in Skokie, and on Saturday at the Chicago Marriott West Suburban in Burr Ridge.
