Ashley Judd says Wynonna Judd, her sister, tried to spy on her after a tracking device was found on the actress' car.

In a police report obtained by ABC News, Ashley accuses Wynonna of being behind the wireless GPS device found by a mechanic working on Ashley's Mini Cooper. The device was traced back to a private investigator, who, according to the police report, was "working for Wynonna Judd."

According to the report, the private detective allegedly gave the device to Wynonna who then gave it to her ex-husband Arch Kelley to place on Ashley Judd's car. Kelley denies the allegation. The report indicates there is an "ongoing custody dispute" amongst the sisters.

The investigation is described as "inactive" by police.

Ashley Judd is working on a new film. Wynonna is on tour.
