Lincoln Park fire breaks out at Juno Sushi, apartments

January 24, 2014 (CHICAGO)

Firefighters responded to the 2-11 blaze at the three-story building about 3:10 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Lincoln Avenue, said Fire Media Affairs spokesman Will Knight. The building houses Juno Sushi. Knight said heavy smoke appeared on all three floors of the building.

No injuries were reported in the fire, but "several" people were displaced and would be provided shelter by their family members, Knight said.

The blaze was extinguished about 5 a.m., Knight said. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
