Authorities said the victims, possibly four, were found shot inside a home late Sunday.
More than one body was seen being removed from the home.
Some sources told Eyewitness News children could be among the injured.
The victims reportedly were transported to Chicago-area hospitals, but there was no word on their conditions.
Cook County Sheriff's deputies were also on the scene early Monday trying to determine what happened. Authorities have not released any more details.
