The growth at Hof-House Meat Products is supported by a $2 million loan from the state's Department of Commerce.
Governor Quinn announced the loan and the Hof-House expansion Monday saying its part of the state's effort to make capital available to expanding small businesses in order to create more jobs in Illinois.
The CEO at Hof-House says the expansion will bring their total staff to more than 100 employees at their West Side operation.
