Jack Riley with the DEA in Chicago discussed the role of Mexican drug cartels.
"The cartels and the street gangs have really formed a very, very toxic relationship," said Riley. "One supplying the other. One unwittingly committing violent acts on behalf of the other. And in the meantime, millions of dollars are flowing in and out of the city southbound."
Riley calls this "the new face of organized crime' and says the problem is not going away.
