The video from January shows the pop star walking unsteadily while performing a sobriety test. Wearing bright red shoes and a dark hoodie over his head, Bieber tried to walk heel to toe at a South Florida police station. Bieber's balance was a bit off. He slightly stumbled as he turned and appeared to have his arms out for balance.
Bieber was arrested Jan. 23 after police say they saw him speeding down a residential street in Miami Beach in a yellow Lamborghini. Officers say he had an expired license and smelled of alcohol. The pop star failed a Breathalyzer test, and a blood test came up positive for marijuana and Xanax.
Footage released earlier this month from the arrest shows the 19-year-old getting a pat-down. Video of Bieber urinating in a cup for a drug test won't be made public. His attorneys argued to withhold those four sensitive video clips.
The January arrest follows months of Bieber behaving badly. About a week after the Miami incident, a crush of cameras greeted the pop star outside a Toronto police station, where he turned himself in amid allegations that a member of his entourage assaulted a limo driver in late December. It is still unclear if Bieber was involved.
Bieber is also accused of egging his Calabasas neighbor's house, causing thousands of dollars in damage. On Tuesday, the investigation into the egg-throwing incident was turned over to the Los Angeles County district attorney for the second time. It is now under review.
