During her videotaped testimony, Antoinette Kregelka described Allan Kustok as a tall, good-looking, smooth-talking guy.
The standup comedian, who now works for her current husband -- a private investigator -- said she met Kustok while on a website for married people looking to have affairs.
Dressed in a suit and speaking with a bit of a southern drawl, Kregelka testified that she had sex with Kustok at a Michigan hotel a few months before his wife's death.
The mother of five testified that the July 14, 2010 encounter was the only time they were intimate. But she admits the two continued to correspond through phone calls, emails and instant messaging. It happened after she performed at a comedy club in Lansing, Mich.
Her testimony was videotaped because Kregelka left Friday for a planned overseas trip.
Kregelka says Kustok spoke glowingly of his children, Sarah and Zak, but didn't mention his wife or their relationship, saying he never said he was looking to leave his wife.
During questioning by one of Kustok's lawyers, Kregelka insisted that their meeting with Kustok pressed for sex. The purpose of the meeting was to see if there was a chemistry. We weren't going to meet and have sex just because he showed up.
