Chicago Tribune endorses Bruce Rauner in GOP primary for IL governor

The Chicago Tribune's editorial board endorsed businessman Bruce Rauner in the GOP primary for Illinois Governor.

The paper says among the Republican candidates, Rauner is most likely to make big changes needed in the state.

The four Republican candidates for lieutenant governor faced off Thursday night in a debate. They were asked if they support tax breaks for big businesses.
