Justin Bieber gets mad over Selena Gomez questions in deposition video

MIAMI

The deposition is not connected with his DUI arrest in Miami, his alleged egging involvement in Calabasas or his bodyguard's alleged assault in Toronto.

Last Thursday's deposition stems from a paparazzo, who claims one of Bieber's bodyguards attacked him last year in Miami. During the four-and-a-half-hour legal proceeding, Bieber appears to be bothered, bored, sleepy and cranky.

"Why don't you listen to what I have to say first?" the attorney asks.

"I don't have to listen to anything you have to say," Bieber replies.

Bieber says this was his first deposition ever and seems confused when the attorney tells him to watch a film. But when the attorney touches on Gomez -- Bieber's on-again, off-again girlfriend -- the pop star's demeanor changes.

"Do you know Selena Gomez?" the lawyer asks.

"Yes," Bieber replies.

At first, Bieber seems to control his temper, but then he lashes out.

"Don't ask me about her again," he says.

The lawyer tries to ask another question about Gomez.

"Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again," Bieber says, clearly agitated.

As things get more heated, someone on the video stops the deposition and says, "We're going take a break."

On Monday, Bieber was in Austin, Texas, where he kicked off the music portion of South by Southwest. The singer on Sunday surprised a small crowd at an Austin bar, where he performed two songs. He reportedly dedicated "Boyfriend" to Gomez, who was backstage.
