On Tuesday, March 18, voters will cast their ballots in the Illinois Primary determining the candidates who will face off in November's general election.

The governor's race has probably received the most attention. Governor Pat Quinn faces Tio Hardiman, the former head of Ceasefire on the Democratic side.

For the Republicans, Illinois State Senators Bill Brady and Kirk Dillard, Illinois Treasurer Dan Rutherford and businessman Bruce Rauner are hoping for a win on Tuesday.

A U S Senate seat, several congressional and general assembly races are also on the ballot.
