As the Cubs are getting ready to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field, the Ricketts family is exploring opening Cubs ownership to minority shareholders.

It would be an effort to help finance millions of dollars of much-needed renovation and expansion for the ball park.

Wrigley's centennial will be celebrated with lots of historical events throughout the season.

That includes throwback uniforms from every decade, and bobble heads of athlete's who've played there.

Wrigley's walls are also decorated with some shots of the park's most memorable events.

Not everyone is excited though. Residents are worried about increased traffic and noise from a new free remote parking lot located on North Rockwell.

Shuttle buses will take fans to and from the park.
