No further cleanup is needed following the oil spill at the BP Refinery in Whiting, Indiana, according to an inspection team.

An assessment team inspected the Lake Michigan shoreline and said they found the oil had been removed by cleanup crews.

The assessment team, which included representatives from the Coast Guard and the Environmental Protection Agency, also conducted underwater surveys and said they did not find any oil on the bottom of the lake.

Crews have been cleaning up the area since the oil spill on March 24.
