Some of Chicago's top chefs compete for a chance to show their chops at the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen.

They each prepared six dishes created from one whole heritage breed pig.

A crowd of foodies and judges had the chance to pig out and choose a champion.

After the votes were counted, chef Tim Graham of Travelle at the Langham was chosen to compete in the Grand Cochon in June in hopes of being crowned "King or Queen of Porc."
