Sarah Conway paid for a massage at the hotel in 2006, according to her lawsuit.
Conway claims the massage therapist used "such great force" on her lower back, she suffered nerve damage and back injuries.
According to the suit, the massage caused injuries that have left her unable to care for herself and she can't go about her daily life.
She's seeking at least $30,000 in damages.
So far, there's been no comment from the Four Seasons Hotel.
