A police report states Zickuhr got into a fight with the prostitute he hired over payment. The report said he beat her, threatened to kill her, dumped water on her and forced her to jump out of an apartment window.
Zickuhr was arrested on Dec. 19, 2013 and was charged with kidnapping, extortion and coercion. He is due in court May 6, 2014.
The former "Ice Road Truckers" driver appeared on the History Channel reality show in 2011.
