Most of the incidents occurred in the 400 block of North McClurg Court and the 300 block of East Illinois Street. The latest incident took place on Monday.
Two of the stolen cars are still missing: a black 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a grey 2014 Chevy Cruze.
Police have not given any description of the suspects, but said they are armed and dangerous. If you're targeted, you should call 911 immediately.
