CHICAGO (WLS) -- How diverse is management at your workplace? A recent survey by Chicago United, Ernst & Young LLP and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago found that racial diversity across the senior level positions of Chicago's top 50 companies (based on revenue) is stagnant.
