CHICAGO (WLS) -- Mayor Rahm Emanuel helped break ground Thursday on a project that will create more than 1,500 construction jobs.
The 150 North Riverside Project will include a new 1.2 million square-foot office tower at Randolph and the river in the West Loop.
The half-billion dollar plan includes an acre and a half of new open space, an amphitheater and a block-long riverwalk.
