Verizon cuts cost of shared data plans

Verizon has cut the cost of many of its monthly shared data plans, reducing the price of most plans by $10.

Existing customers will need to contact Verizon to take advantage of the new pricing.

The company is also providing more choices for customers who use a lot of data, adding 12, 14 and 16-gigabyte plans, in addition to its 10- and 15-gigabyte options.
