St. Patrick's Day Queen talks about honor

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The St. Patrick's Day Queen was crowned earlier this week and this year's queen is Mary Kate Manion who is originally from Elmhurst.

Manion is a graduate of St. Norbert College and now works for the city of Chicago.

She spoke with ABC 7 to talk about the honor and representing her city.

The St. Patrick's Day parade in Chicago, one of the largest in the country, is up on Saturday, March 17.
