Disaster Preparedness Summit questions Chicago's bioterrorism readiness

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Is Chicago ready to respond to a bioterrorism attack?

That's what the American Red Cross was trying to find out on Thursday as the organization held its 8th Annual Disaster Preparedness Summit at DePaul University.

Experts got together to share resources and tools that could help protect the public in the case of an emergency.

People representing more than 100 business, government and community organizations took part in the conference.
