CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago Public Schools is adding financial education to the curriculum.

High school students will now take a financial literacy course thanks to a partnership with TCF Bank.

The program was first offered to students in the One Summer Chicago program, which provides career and workplace training for Chicago youth over the summer.

More than 6,400 teens officially "graduated" from the course Monday.
