HINSDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- Teachers and school officials are trying to avoid a strike in Hinsdale.
The two sides are back at the bargaining table Tuesday in Hinsdale School District 86.
The school board is also holding a meeting where they will call for approval of a resolution that would bring about an advisory referendum concerning the teachers' bargaining agreement.
The agreement calls for six percent raises for four years prior to retirement.
