CHICAGO (WLS) -- First, it was Santa that came to the aid of a South Side school in danger of closing. Now, it's a candidate for Chicago mayor.

On Tuesday night, Willie Wilson presented a $5,000 check to St. Florian School in Chicago's Hegewisch neighborhood.

Just last week, a father dressed as Santa came down off the roof after camping out on the school's roof for 10 days.
