Enjoy sport, sand and sun at the Volleywood Beach Bash

CHICAGO (WLS) -- North Avenue Beach is the place to be if you like beach volleyball. Check out Chicago Sport and Social Club's Volleywood Beach Bash this weekend!

"Wiggle" singer and No. 1 Billboard artist Jason DeRulo will headline the event, which begins at 11 a.m. Saturday.

Chicago Sport and Social Club President Jason Erkes said the party is guaranteed to be a fun-filled day, even if you don't play beach volleyball.

For only $30, guests will enjoy the volleyball competition, a fashion show, live music from local DJs, food and drink at the Midwest's largest volleyball tournament. VIP tickets are $50. A limited number of VIp cabanas are also available.

The tournament starts at 9 a.m. Saturday. More than 300 teams will compete and multiple levels, and contestants will battle it out for more than $5,000 in cash and prizes.
