'Flow' art installation opens in alley off State Street

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago's Loop is a busy place, but a new art aims to get people to those spots off the beaten path.

"Flow" opened Wednesday night in Couch Place, an alley off State Street between Randolph and Lake.

It celebrates the 20th anniversary of Chicago's sister city relationship with Hamburg, Germany. Water is a key part of the installation because both cities are on rivers.

The installation runs through Saturday.
