Palestine Film Festival celebrates 15 years in Chicago
The independent, not-for-profit Chicago Palestine Film Festival is back beginning on April 16, 2016.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The independent, not-for-profit Chicago Palestine Film Festival is back beginning on April 16, 2016. Now in its 15th year, the festival features a range of 6 feature films and 6 shorts by Palestinian directors and stories about Palestine. This year's films include "The Idol," "Dégradé," "On the Bride's Side," "Speed Sisters," "Oriented," and "3000 Nights." You can watch all of the films at the Gene Siskel Film Center, located at 164 N. State Street in Chicago. Executive Director of the Chicago Palestine Film Festival, Jameeleh Shelo, joined ABC 7 Eyewitness News to preview the films features in the festival's 15th edition.
