CHICAGO (WLS) -- The biggest explosion of pop culture in the Midwest is back in Chicago through Sunday.
C2E2, or Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, features every realm of the pop universe: comics, movies, and games. Guests can meet and get autographs from creators and actors from some of their favorite franchises.
Many guests dress up as their favorite superheroes and characters, but only a select few compete for the top prize.
The expo is also the home of the C2E2 Crown Championships of Cosplay; the world's biggest and most prestigious costume contest with a $10,000 prize - which happened on Saturday.
Sunday, the final day of C2E2, is Kids Day. Children tickets are just $5.
Michael Armstrong, event director from ReedPOP, which organizes C2E2, joined ABC 7 live from McCormick Place to talk about all the fun.
