Sinfonietta previews upcoming season at Cantigny Park

WHEATON, Ill. (WLS) -- Hundreds of people gathered on a beautiful night at Cantigny Park in Wheaton to hear the Chicago Sinfonietta.

Saturday night's concert previewed some of the pieces the orchestra will play during the 2014-15 season, such as the "Carmen Suites Selections" by George Bizet and Symphony No. 8 by Antonin Dvorak.

This is the first time the orchestra has performed outdoors in the western suburbs.
